Two of the classic anime shows I grew up watching were Speed Racer and Mazinger Z. A few months ago I managed to get the complete collection of these shows.
Funny thing is that whenever I start watching them, I fall asleep right away. I commented this weird thing to my best friend, and he said:
Probably you fall asleep because watching them brings you fond memories, you get so relaxed that that’s what happens. It’s like they take you to your happy place.
So, to those of you who don’t know these shows, here they are (oh yeah, I’m using my own flash video player too):
And talking about Speed Racer, a live action movie, directed by the Wachowski brothers, will be released on May 9 this year. By watching at the trailer, it looks like is gonna be a cool movie.
